They were responsive from booking the appointment to calling ahead to confirm before their arrival. We have 2 pieces of large size furniture from the second floor and ran into issues during the first visit. The staff promised to come back the next morning to bring additional help. The owner actually showed up with the additional staff and was very professional to resolve the issue. They are not furniture mover but if you have Jung or things you just want to remove from your location, they are the guys!!
