Excellent prompt friendly service. Gabe made a follow call to me a few days after the service and let me know he would be in my area and that he offered to swing by my house and offered to pick up any left over items that were at my curb at no additional charge which worked out great since my house was sold and the realtor had mentioned nothing can be in the driveway. It may sound simple, but I like that you did all you said you would do, & at the time you said you would do it. In today's times that often doesn't happen and you don't feel like your time is valued or respected. I like that you are sustainable & recycle. The harder thing to do is often the right thing to do. Everyone was polite and courteous. I know you tried to work with me with the cost since I had some various difficult items. You also explain things well and reasons behind your costs so there are no surprises at the end. I especially like that you are all connected to community service work and that you try to discount for those who are the same. I am not easily impressed and am myself a manager in Hospitality for almost 30 years. I am critically judged for my service, and in turn I critically judge- and I could not see one reason to not give you 10/10.
